Barry Rowley is the Founder, President and CEO of Pearl Logic. Barry started his career in the U.S. Air Force, and went on to hold a variety of Engineering, Consulting, Product Management, and Business Development leadership positions within two large Fortune 100 companies, plus two high-tech start-up organizations, prior to founding Pearl Logic.

Barry earned his Undergraduate degree in Technology Engineering and Management from Southern Illinois University, and went on to Western Michigan University’s MBA program. But 20+ years after his first MBA program, and being in the Consulting industry, plus feeling the need to upgrade his skills, Barry went back to graduate school for a second time, and graduated from the University of South Florida’s MBA program in May 2023.

While Barry started Pearl Logic with the intent to providing consulting services focused on technology,… business clients soon started asking for assistance auditing literally every operating expense processed through their Accounts Payable Systems. It soon became obvious that, above all other organizational expenses, and in virtually every business, Employee Healthcare was that expense with the most egregious level of overspending, and as such, presented the single greatest opportunity from which to recover and reclaim hidden margins.

Today, Pearl Logic and Barry’s focus is 100% centered on delivering eye-opening education, industry Insights, coaching and instruction designed to help Employer Groups dramatically reduce Employee Healthcare Plan costs.
